  I had some custom cupcakes made for a friends birthday. They were beautiful and they delivered them to her door! Extra points for sending me a picture of the finished product ( I live in Houston) so I knew exactly what she was getting. She said they were delicious. 5 stars!

  I was in there today for the first time and was unimpressed with the customer service. I don't know her name, but a lady with tattoos and a hat on helped us. I'm not usually one to complain, but she made us feel very rushed and acted like she didn't even want a customer in there. I let her know it was our first time and we weren't sure what we wanted. She very quickly listed what they had and made us feel like we were wasting her time. There were no other customers in there. Shouldn't you be happy to have a customer?
  
  Aside from that, the cupcakes were pretty good, but given the high prices and bad service, we most likely won't return.
