When management figures out how Duncan Burch runs his clubs, maybe they should take a page from him DON'T FIRE THE PRETTY GIRLS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE. Start hiring enough girls to flood the floor and if some don't show up, then you are not left with your pants down and people like me that go in there will come back because they have a familiar face to come see.
